Shipping Policy

Warrior of God Coffee products are made to order and ship directly from our roasting and production partners.

Please note before you order:

• Coffee and merch ship separately. Our coffee and tea are roasted and shipped by one partner, and our apparel, hats and mugs are made and shipped by another. If your order includes both, they'll arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days, each with its own tracking number.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping charges and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Processing time

• Coffee and tea: roasted and packed to order, usually shipped within 1–5 business days.
• Apparel, hats and mugs: printed or embroidered to order, usually shipped within 2–7 business days.
• Digital products: delivered instantly by email or account access after purchase.

Processing times can be longer during holidays and busy seasons.

Shipping rates

• Coffee and tea (United States): free shipping.
• Merch: flat-rate shipping based on the item and destination, shown at checkout.
• International orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Delivery times

After your order ships, typical delivery takes 3–7 business days within the United States and 7–21 business days for international orders. These are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking

Every order, domestic and international, ships with a tracking number. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as each package ships; if your order includes both coffee and merch, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each package.

International orders

We ship to many countries worldwide. All international coffee and tea orders ship with a tracking number. Please note that international coffee and tea orders that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit or in customs aren't guaranteed a replacement or refund; see our Refund Policy for details.

Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure your address and contact details are complete so customs can deliver your order.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages after they ship, and reshipping costs for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
