This website, warriorofgod.co (the "Store"), is operated by Warrior of God Brands LLC, doing business as Warrior of God Coffee ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

Our Store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Using our Store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Store with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to transmit any harmful code.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and printed or embroidered items may vary slightly in placement and color. Coffee flavor notes describe the roast's general profile and can vary from batch to batch. We may limit quantities, change or discontinue products, and correct errors at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing error; if we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and payment partners.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Orders are fulfilled by our roasting and production partners. Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Our products are made to order, so returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Digital products

Digital products, including the Warrior of God Journey, are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute digital content or your access to it. Access may be suspended if these terms are violated.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including the Warrior of God name, logos, crest artwork, product designs, text, images and digital content, belongs to Warrior of God Brands LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without our written permission. Scripture quotations remain the property of their respective copyright holders where applicable.

7. Reviews and feedback

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas or other content, you give us permission to use, edit and publish it in connection with our business. You agree your content won't be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights.

8. Third-party links and services

The Store may link to or use services provided by third parties. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our coffee, tea and digital faith content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and our faith content is offered for encouragement, not as professional, medical or counseling advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior of God Brands LLC and its owners, partners and suppliers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warrior of God Brands LLC and its owners, partners and suppliers from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will show the latest version. Continuing to use the Store means you accept the updated Terms.
